"While on a road trip to the Carolinas in June, my AC went out. At first I thought it was lack of freon. Took it to a mechanic somewhere in North Carolina and they said it was the compressor. Drove the rest of the trip with the windows rolled down. Got back to Chicago and Googled mechanics locally who could fix AC units on a GMC Yukon. Adams fixed the problem and it was NOT the compressor --- just an accessory belt that snapped. Adams saved me about $700 by NOT unnecessarily installing a new compressor!! 1 month later I had radiator issues. The radiator was cracked, so I needed a new radiator. Adams replaced the radiator too and both the AC job and radiator job were both done in 1 day (1 day a piece on different days) --- I did not have to leave my Yukon for days at the shop. They also were able to fix my fiance's AC unit in her Jeep Cherokee after 2 other mechanics failed to find the cause of the AC unit problem. Friendly people working there too!"
