Absolutely incredible honesty, reliability, and customer service. They told me my issue wasn’t urgent, gave me an estimate for the fix, and I picked up my car without paying anything! As a young woman I fear being taken advantage of at mechanic shops, but they were always attentive, kind, and honest. Also such fast service! I am amazed! I had a rumble noise on the highway and took in my car in to ask them to help me find out what was wrong. Within a few hours they got back to me and told me I had to change my tires, but not right away. The team gave me estimates on several different tires, bolts, and labor and sent me home with my car without paying a dollar. I will definitely be coming back to get it fixed at this shop! Thank you so much! UPDATE: Got my Tires replaced for half the price I was expecting to pay, fantastic service, high quality tires, incredibly fast, and so kind! My car hasn’t driven this good since the day it came off the lot!! Thank you so much!
